We accept returns within 7 days of purchase if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Please contact our customer service to

Yes, you can enter the recipient's address during checkout, and we will ship the gift directly to them. You can also include a gift message with your order.
Cancellations and Modifications
Can I cancel an order?
We do not have an option to cancel an order once the payment is made, you can get in touch with our Customer Service on +91 8779611210 at the earliest (within 24 hours of placing the order) with your Order No. to cancel it or email us on sales@saekos.com. If your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund the amount as Saekos Credits.
Can I modify or change my order?
In case you want to modify your order; simply call +91 8779611210 and get in touch with our customer service executive, our team will be happy to assist you. Please note if your order has already been shipped, we will not modify your order. They will also be pleased to help you if you want to update your shipping address. Please contact our Customer Service at the earliest for situations like this.
I've cancelled an order. By when can I expect a refund?
If you have cancelled your order before it has been processed, we will immediately process the refund. If you paid via credit card or bank transfer, the payment will be refunded in your bank after details have been given.
