If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase — we will make it right. No drama. No fine print. No chasing us on email for weeks. Just a simple, honest process because that is the kind of brand we want to be.
Our Promise
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. If the product is not what you expected, if it did not delight your child the way we hoped it would — reach out to us and we will sort it out.
We are not here to make money by holding on to yours.

Please share your order number and a brief reason for the return. That is all we need.
Our team is available Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm IST. We typically respond within a few hours.
The Return Process
Once you reach out, here is exactly what happens — step by step:
Step 1 — We will arrange a return pickup from your doorstep. You do not need to visit any courier office or figure out logistics yourself.
Step 2 — Hand over the product in its original packaging to the courier partner we assign. Please ensure the product is in good condition — unused, undamaged, with all original contents included.
Step 3 — Once the consignment reaches us and we confirm it is in good condition, we will immediately initiate your refund. No delays.
Refunds
Prepaid orders: Your refund will be processed to the original mode of payment — UPI, card, or net banking — within 5-7 business days of us receiving the return. If you prefer a bank transfer instead, simply share your account details and we will process it that way.
Cash on delivery orders: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer to the account details provided by you at the time of return request.
