Shipping policy

Processing Time:Our products require 3–4 business days to process before they are ready for shipping. Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 7–8 business days, depending on your location.

Order Tracking: Once your personalized product is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your order during transit.
Our warehouse: Operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
Change Of Delivery Address: For change of delivery address requests, we won't be able to change the address at any time after the order has been dispatched.
